家人帶路食越南菜,檬粉售罄,不能點撈檬,家人就點了湯金邊粉。金邊粉非常煙韌,很好吃,配合清湯的鮮味,整碗金邊粉味道更上一層樓。豬扒燒得很香很惹味,仍保留肉汁,肉質不會乾巴巴,必點!外觀亦很好,燒得不錯。另外一碗是豬頸肉湯金邊粉,豬頸肉亦燒得很香,外皮脆脆的,狙擊我地個胃。我就點了生牛河Pho,對於生牛肉實在難以抗拒,湯汁亦充滿濃濃的牛肉味,正!加入芽菜更爽脆。不過河粉沒金邊粉咁好食,下次會叫返生牛金邊粉。叫左個米紙卷,用料十足又健康,點醋更好味。
