早兩日喺奧海城心行完街後就去咗有名店炸雞Prada之稱嘅韓國過江龍PURADAK CHICKEN🍗 食晚餐🍴半半炸雞(有骨)🍗 $238-瘋狂蒜香蒜頭🧄切到好細,蒜蓉份量一啲都唔少咁先夠瘋狂😝好夠蒜香味仲帶甜甜嘅蜜糖🍯-紫菜脆脆炸雞比剛才蒜香會乾身香脆得多,炸雞上面滿滿嘅紫菜味粉,仲唔少得炸得好脆嘅紫菜有選擇困難症嘅我三心兩意當然揀半半炸雞試哂兩個味,PURADAK炸雞採用「先焗後炸」方式炮製,將油份逼出再炸至酥脆,唔會好油膩令到口感更佳👍🏻🍴傳統炒年糕🍢 $78 年糕好煙韌,仲有平時去韓國街邊小食嘅韓式魚蛋,甜甜辣辣好惹味🤤🥄豬肉泡菜湯🍲 $138熱辣辣嘅泡菜湯材料十足,豬肉🐖、泡菜、豆腐、金菇、年糕等,酸酸辣辣,送飯一流🍚
