日本菜🇯🇵最緊要講求夠新鮮,如果唔係食落去就會🉐一陣腥臭味,之前🈶中過伏,真係諗起都覺得🤢🤢🤮🤮不過今次就可以放心食😝因為呢間餐廳係本人食過咁多間Omakase,私心覺得最高質嘅一間所以今次又來encore啦😋今次試下新野先😆☞鮟鱇魚肝配魚子醬➕鱈魚片,鮟鱇魚肝同鱈魚片口感完全相反,前者係軟淋淋,後者就係crispy;而☞象牙蚌➕粒貝配白豉油,粒貝加佐岩鹽,柚子皮同少少青檸汁醃製,好fresh➕爽脆,藍碟嘅係象牙蚌,口感軟糯,配白豉油食會更鮮甜,另外☞赤貝同之前食嘅味道一樣,鮮甜爽脆。接住落來壓軸出場嘅梗係☞帆立貝天婦羅➕海膽啦,海膽有少少凍,而帆立貝天婦羅又係熱嘅,食起身口感非常豐富🤩海膽鮮甜,再➕埋面頭嘅竹炭鹽,鮮味即刻level 🆙
