堂食漸變成奢侈活動。坐好後,店員派發每人一個存放口罩紙信封,同埋自助落單QR Code,呢個自助落單安排真心讚,希望疫情過後會繼續咁做。落好單,即用枱面支酒精搓手液清潔,安心等食。大包圍點咗三個炸點加三個定食。炸南瓜、炸番薯、炸魷魚一律唔油膩,冇炸到乾爭爭,亦冇過鹹。魷魚唔係橡筋咁韌,入口大細切得啱啱好,大人細路都咬得開。蟹肉丼係迷你版,但配埋跟餐刺身壽司係夠飽架。蟹肉可口,刺身新鮮,略嫌碗飯唔夠熱,只係微暖。壽司主要用火炙處理,食材比壽司烏冬定食的高級。壽司烏冬定食,正正常常咁喇,用昆布豉油配食壽司,味道唔錯。飯腳將照燒雞扒定食隻温泉蛋拌均熱飯,睇住澎湃的蛋黃汁染黃白飯,竟然有種治療感。雞扒嘛,呈現打風後的混亂狀態,可以再煎老啲,達至皮脆肉略焦的效果會更理想。
