To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch hour趕時間見譚仔冇人排隊等位就入去食啦，等咗20分鐘都未有野食就問姐姐，點知佢好串咁答我：係咁架啦！正常要等25分鐘先有好啦，咁我繼續等，等到40分鐘都仲未有野食，見趕時間想取消張單唔食，就走去問店長點知佢係都話要而家即刻整，唔肯取消張單，本身趕時間又見冇乜人先食，等咁耐仲要D姐姐勁串，好嬲幾分鐘後終於有野食，但我叫嘅係清湯唔辣，佢粒豆卜係辣嘅！有紅色辣油走出嚟！呢間譚仔真係勁差，不可一不可再 ☹️
