相信好多人都開始心郁郁想去日本🤪係未去之前都係喺香港食住日本野先😂呢間居酒屋主打串燒,可以坐喺席前睇住師傅燒,氣氛都幾好。除咗常見嘅肉類之外,呢度仲有好多少見嘅內臟,欣賞佢嘅串燒調味恰當,唔會好重口味,反而突出食材原味👍🏻👍🏻芝士流心蛋大啡菇大大隻好juicy,菇味好濃。雞心喉、雞心、雞腎、雞肝、雞尾好少可可以試咁多款內臟🤣仲要勁刁鑽,全部都燒得好香,雞心喉口感chewy,幾特別;雞腎彈牙;雞心同雞肝都唔會有平時食肝個種內臟臭味;而雞尾都係第一次食🤪聽到雞pat pat有時會卻步,但呢個好好食😋明明主要係脂肪,但燒嘅時候逼哂啲油份出嚟,所以食落唔覺好油膩😗雞翼、雞皮餃子大大隻真係燒雞翼我鍾意食🤣灑上芝麻幾香口又唔會太乾;雞皮餃子就正正常常。厚牛舌、牛柳粒牛舌厚肉彈牙唔會燒得過火,牛柳粒都唔錯,點少少柚子胡椒,好惹味。豚肉秋葵卷、豚肉露荀卷豚肉瘦得嚟唔乾,包住爽口嘅蔬菜,配搭得宜。黃花魚一夜干中式嘅蒸魚麻麻地,呢種日式燒魚就啱我口味🤣魚肉燒得剛好,完全唔乾,夾極都仲有好多魚肉😆粟米鹹鹹甜甜幾好食😚焦糖菠蘿好多人都會嗌呢個菠蘿,睇住師傅將菠蘿沾上砂糖後用火槍燒到焦糖化,面頭脆卜卜,菠蘿超級
