唔知大家有無食過呢間位於西環嘅老牌粉麵?記得好細個嘅時候覺得金祥嘅炸排骨有啲柴, 反而湯麵就好優質事隔咁多年再食, 估唔到大有改進, 難怪咁多人排隊朝聖大食妹今次就外賣自取, 嗌左碗榨菜排骨麵排骨即叫即炸, 外皮脆卜卜, 炸粉厚度啱啱好咬落啖啖肉, 帶有少少肉汁榨菜份量都幾多, 麵條唔算好粗身, 但口感彈牙湯底帶有啲炸蒜粒粒, 味道鹹香大食妹最鍾意嘅食法係先食咗半碗湯麵, 感受一下佢嘅原味, 再落金祥自家製嘅辣椒醬, 記住一定一定要將辣椒醬同湯底完美攪拌, 咁先至係最好食嘅
