To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚一心諗住去元氣食高速列車壽司，其實元氣已經食過好多次 高速列車就真係未食過 其實我諗應該冇咩分別瓜！一早用apps拎位 都要等成200個號碼 等左兩個幾鐘 終於食得 服務員門口個個就幾禮貌 因為我有BB車 但內裡服務員可能太忙 個個面黑黑 叫佢加芥辣同豉油都勁唔想 仲要加得個少少俾我地😡😡認真 壽司冇咩驚喜 一貫水平 只係因為未試過列車 不過認真 架列車又幾快送到食物黎 order左唔係好耐就有得食 呢樣抵讚 但手卷太細舊 我男仔兩啖冇左 其他壽司都可以接受 最後叫左個芝士蛋糕 出奇好食 雪到好硬 勁似雪糕 哈哈
