To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

帶肥髀去將軍澳做面，做完獎佢食最鍾意嘅元氣，雖然係閒日，但都有不少客人等候中，我係會員，先用手機apps攞位，去商場逛下，20分鐘後仲有10個號碼會有提示，返去等一陣就入座，呢間做咗列車上菜，我哋在平板落單，壽司🍣就搭列車送到！子薑：爽脆酸酸的開胃！海膽軍艦（$25）海膽幾新鮮無溶到，紫菜爽脆！好吃三文魚籽軍艦（$17）三文魚唔大粒，鹹香唔腥！赤海蝦（$10）蝦肉厚身爽口！螺片（$10）厚身有咬口爽口！赤貝（$22）唔知點解有好多黏液，賣相比較醜，食落有咬口，但微腥！ok炙燒左口魚群邊（$12）好大塊魚肉，燒到出油，微焦面！好吃帆立貝（$17）因為見列車送比其他人客嘅幾厚身才叫，厚肉滑溜幾鮮，好吃飛魚籽軍艦（$17）我同肥髀各叫一客（我同佢都鍾意食粒粒）紫菜爽脆，飛魚子籽粒粒脹卜卜彈牙，鹹香好味！朱古力芝士蛋榚（$19）朱古力味濃！軟滑好味！肥髀食：油甘魚（$10）皇帝蟹柳（$17）蟹籽沙律（$19）日式炸芝士年榚（$28）炸得好醜樣，爆晒都照比客！中華沙律（$17）皇室紅茶雪榚（$24）壽司大部分都幾好，店員定時來收碟，收銀爽手！元氣列車服務
