馬友用昆布醃漬咗一晚,所以魚皮特別香脆,而肉質亦嫩滑鮮甜,魚味濃郁,同時配上鹹香火腿及鰹魚昆布做高湯,使得魚香嘅味道更為突出👍

搽咗祕製醬汁嘅三黃雞,雞皮非常香脆,廚師將多餘嘅脂肪去除,所以食起上來完全唔覺油膩,肉質嫩滑爽口,連雞胸都唔覺得鞋口,而且非常入味
