1️⃣ 魚子醬扇貝盒
儀式感滿滿的盒子,有靚仔店員打開魚子醬盒,入面有矜貴嘅魚子醬配扇貝,鮮甜美味,打卡真是超讚🩵


2️⃣檸檬奶油醬炒露荀
露荀炒得好爽口,同個奶油醬好夾


3️⃣ 鵝肝法包
這道經典法國菜的鵝肝質地細膩,入口即溶,配香脆的法包,再加上三文魚子果醬增加左個層次感之餘再減低油膩感,呢個組合真係冇得輸💯


4️⃣ 松露油野生菇湯
黑松露油加磨菇味超香,口感濃厚,最緊要夠熱♨️


5️⃣ 慢煮鵪鶉
慢煮的技法讓鵪鶉肉質鮮嫩,一上枱已經聞到好香,肉質好juicy,加埋個配菜酸紫椰菜,酸酸甜甜好開胃,好鐘意👍🏾


6️⃣ 30天美國頂級西冷牛排
牛排生熟度剛剛好,肉質鮮嫩有牛味,兩件真係滿足唔到我呢啲食肉獸,好想食多幾件🤤


7️⃣ 紅蝦意大利粉配辣龍蝦醬
生紅蝦味道鮮甜,意粉口感彈牙,軟硬適中加埋個辣龍蝦醬,辣辣地好惹味😋


8️⃣甜品
是日甜品係爆炸糖蜜糖布甸,布甸好滑配埋蜜糖仲有爆炸糖,咬落去果陣會有小驚喜,真係好好味🥰 完美ending🍮


呢間餐廳服務非常貼心,每食完一道菜都換上合適的餐具,靚仔店員仲好主動幫我哋影相添。裝修有格調坐得又舒服,仲有戶外位置,下午時間去都可以同朋友嘆返杯🍷 chill一chill 很好的體驗 超級推薦 慶祝節日/生日👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

好有儀式感!好似潘朵拉寶盒咁,扇貝新鮮到不得了,肉質滑嫩,配料都好香,配上魚子醬的咸香,口感一流,食完想encore!


鵝肝法包🥖
法包金黃酥脆,鵝肝滑到好似cream咁,入口即融,搭配三文魚籽加D果醬,味道簡直無敵👍最重要係唔腥,出面好多鵝肝都腥到爆炸,但呢個真心好好食😋


松露油野生蘑菇湯🍄
湯底濃郁,蘑菇份量剛剛好,軟滑香濃,蘑菰的香味撲鼻而來!


慢煮鵪鶉🍗擺盤好靚!好肥美🥯啲肉質又嫩又多汁,配搭酸椰菜,口感實在係絕呀!令原本嘅味道更加昇華咗,本身唔鍾意食鵪鶉都覺得好好味!

見OpenRice咁多好評就book枱試 點知真係中伏一心想食自家製麵包,原來而家已經冇咗。甜品亦由petit four轉成一個完全冇奶味 好硬既布甸。大家都係各自食咗兩啖都冇辦法再食落去。隔籬枱甜品都只係食得一啖。評論話有welcome drink而家上到去直程連wine list都冇拎出去。最後埋單人均$15xx 呢個價錢其實大把選擇 完全唔推介呢間餐廳🙁 唯一可取 服務態度都唔錯 同埋啲餐具用完就擺喺枱面,又唔會幫我哋換一套新,每一次食完嘢個餐具就擺返喺張枱有少少唔衛生。

一開始是奔著那個盒子去的🥰太漂亮啦 裡面是紅魽魚加魚子醬,在配上柚子醬,味道鮮甜豐富。
