There are various delicate dim sums here. Some are traditional ones while many are innovative ones. The “real”pineapple buns ($38) in pic 1 have pineapple jam as the fillings, but personally, I prefer having honey grilled pork as the fillings. This is my first time to try the steamed dried scallops and shrimp vegetable dumplings ($27), so I will not comment on it. Pic 3 is a dish with 6 dim sums ($52), including a yolk lava bun, a mushroom 🍄 bun, a steamed minced pork with abalone, a steamed minced pork with scallop and a deep-fried taro dumplings in the shape of a swan 🦢. The signature rice rolls filled with shrimp spring rolls is smooth outside while crispy inside. I love it!
