古琴雅苑以招牌片皮鴨而廣為人知,上次到訪尖沙咀店感覺不錯,近日再次與朋友來到銅鑼灣店,環境同樣寬敞舒適。烤北京填鴨 ($388/隻) 首先由師傅切出口感鬆脆的鴨胸皮「一口酥」,蘸上砂糖同吃入口油香四溢,其餘部分皮肉比例則恰到好處。烤鴨皮脆肉嫩而且油香豐腴,配上傳統京醬、京葱、青瓜,以及別出新意的蜂蜜黃梅醬和哈蜜瓜,口感豐富同時亦不失清爽。京醬斑球 ($158) 嫩滑無骨並略炸至表面微脆,均勻裹上薄薄一層京醬味道香甜。瑤柱蛋白炒飯 ($108) 味道屬意料之內驚喜不大,簡單而經典。上海粗炒麵 ($108) 加入椰菜及肉絲炒成,不過不失惟麵條質感稍硬。花雕醉雞 ($148) 皮嫩肉滑酒香入味。
