To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 得閒飲茶已經成為日常用語，今次搵到間有創意嘅點心店飲茶🫖龍點心🐲佈置有摩登懷舊感，食物融合其他國家風味，款式很多，款款都好特別。🌏歎世界燒賣拼盤：（🇹🇭冬蔭功泰辣燒賣、🇦🇺黑蒜帶子燒賣、🇮🇹芝士墨魚燒賣、🇫🇷黑松露珍香燒賣、🇰🇷泡菜蒜辣燒賣、🇷🇺俄式羅宋燒賣）第一次食到有唔同國家風味嘅燒賣，香酸甜辣都有，而且味道都很夾👍。我鐘意冬蔭功泰辣燒賣，好似真係飲緊冬蔭功咁。另外泡菜蒜辣燒賣都唔錯，微辣好有韓國風味。🍡一口鹹水角：一串2粒唔同顏色丸子造型。外脆內糯，鹹鹹香香都幾好味。🐟口水汁龍利魚腸粉：腸粉用龍利魚肉，食落嫩滑鮮味，再淋上川味口水汁，麻辣得來好惹味。🦐蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃：粒粒三文魚籽入口爆汁。配上蟹粉同蝦，口感同味道都好。🥟馬拉小籠包：小籠包湯汁豐富，味道適中。🧀拉絲菠蘿包：鬆軟菠蘿包裡面有芝士，可能放耐左先食未有拉絲，芝士味唔算濃。想食點心又唔想咁悶，味道唔錯可以試下☺️
