To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 長輩一向喜歡飲茶,今日特登帶佢去灣仔龍點心試吓啲新派嘢。本身唔算係燒賣控,但一睇見餐牌樣樣點心都好精緻,真係忍唔住想試齊佢。好在一個「港原味燒賣拼盤」已經有齊粟米肉粒燒賣、芫荽馬蹄燒賣、蜆蚧魚肉燒賣、沙嗲牛頸脊燒賣、懷舊燒賣、甜梅菜扣肉燒賣六款。而最驚喜係粟米肉粒同蜆蚧魚肉兩款都係爆汁燒賣,非常特別。另一籠鹹蛋黃墨魚,同樣係爆汁燒賣,熱辣辣爆出一口鹹蛋黃香味,滿滿香港特色。龍芋酥入面厚厚嘅芋泥被薄薄一層脆皮包裹住,𥚃面餡料充滿鴨香。脆脆富貴紅米腸粉,賣相吸引。一碟六件配三款不同醬料:豉油、甜辣醬同麻醬。薄薄腸粉皮包裹住脆脆大蝦,口感一流。再試埋2週年甜蜜回饋嘅限量特色點心組合,有蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃,同甜品酸奶兔兔、芒果忌廉糯米糍,非常滿足。創新懷舊嘅燒賣連老人家都非常欣賞,絕對係午餐同下午茶之選,燒賣控嘅你一定要去試吓!
