To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間飲茶我一直都好想試,因為佢嘅點心好可愛,而且改名都好有創意,好適合打卡。佢哋嘅奶皇包叫做「睇住流奶」,只要喺包底輕輕按壓,奶黃就會流出嚟,好似嘔奶咁,超級可愛同獨特。而佢哋嘅叉燒包叫做「一籠八戒」,全部都係可愛嘅豬豬,人完全唔想破壞佢。另外,佢哋嘅甜品中,我哋試咗個蘋果批,佢叫做「初嘗禁果」,好有意思同獨特。當然,除咗創新嘅菜色之外,佢原本嘅食物都好好味。例如佢哋嘅老火湯,非常入味,飲完一碗又想再飲一碗。佢嘅雞煲,腸粉等等,不同款式嘅食物都非常好味,好穩定咁保持水準。
