To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點心不論是午市或晚市，都係我哋一家嘅最愛。今次嚟到灣仔呢間出名有唔同創新煮法嘅點心餐廳，試咗好多唔同口味嘅點心。1️⃣糉配點心孖寶要講性價比高嘅，一定唔少得點呢一個孖寶！嚟緊端午節仲可以叫個鹹水糭或者鹼水糭，孖寶套餐仲可以平家底色另一款點心，我哋就揀咗肉鬆馬拉糕，蛋糕鬆軟肉鬆令口感味道層次增加，又咸又甜好好味。2️⃣鳳尾蝦多士蝦多士外皮炸得非常脆口，入面嘅蝦亦都非常鮮嫩，鮮味十足。3️⃣脆脆富貴紅米腸粉醬料唔係得傳統嘅麻醬，仲有泰式甜酸醬，一個腸粉試晒風味不同嘅感覺！4️⃣南北杏菜膽燉豬肺燉盅非常清甜。5️⃣滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣 3隻（辣）鵪鶉蛋燒賣好多間餐廳都有，但係呢間居然有風味完全唔同嘅滷水口味。6️⃣筍尖蝦餃皇 4隻蝦餃鮮蝦好大粒，皮薄足料！7️⃣馬拉小籠包 4隻小籠包正常都冇馬拉口味，依間餐廳嘅創新真係非凡！
