因為前日同老公食左自助餐,覺得好heavy,所以今日想食得light D,老公提議不如食下D新派素食啦~ 如是者,上openrice search 下啦,一打個「素」字就已經彈左「素食一家」啦~ 見到咁多好評,仲要係旺角咁方便,就即管試下啦~ 果然無令我地失望~一入餐廳,已經覺得環境好舒服,燈光柔和,裝潢典雅,仲有D日和格調添!因為我地唔係食開素,所以都係主要揀番D較濃味的非傳統素菜。《大紅一品雞絲翅》幾足料,基本上每一羹都有料!有木耳、冬菇、素翅。比較杰身,味道同碗仔翅差唔多。《黑松露雜菌蛋豆腐》是日主菜精選!沾滿醬油的雜菌同清淡柔滑的蛋豆腐配得好好,一濃一淡,而黑松露茸亦無搶到其他野的味道。Encore-able!哈哈,下次再來要再叫!《金莎蘆筍苗》用咸蛋黃附以素肉鬆及素肉碎,跟鮮蘆筍及海鮮菇炒在一起,有濃郁蛋黃香,好rich! 問店員先知原來隻菇叫「海鮮菇」,皆因食落帶有少少蟹肉味,好得意!《日式燒汁鰻魚炒飯》見D裝修有D和風,就梗係叫番樣日式野啦!原本老公都唔太喜歡食鰻魚,因為成日覺得鰻魚太稔滋滋,但因為我太想叫呢樣啦,加上其實都係素鰻魚啫~所以最後當然都係就晒我啦!原來素鰻魚
