初三食個early dinner,嚟到九龍灣諗起食壽司。呢間餐廳唔好睇佢好似外賣店,其實佢堂食有好多款式組合。 廚師發板,刺身拼盤,散叫壽司,天婦羅,鍋物都有。今次叫咗日本血鯛刺身拼盤($258)有日本血鯛,活赤貝,大甜蝦,鮮帶子,希靈魚,三文魚腩。血鯛有個專用汁,少少酸配黎食突出魚鮮味。仲有帶子同活赤貝真係超鮮甜,吖。平時少食三文魚,但佢呢個三文魚腩真係好肥美食刺身點少得sake,叫左最普通既純米酒,一小樽都只係$58。另外仲叫咗日本嘅師傅發板壽司盛($148),有10件,唔係普通貨色。左口魚都唔係平時一packpack既,係新鮮既。件件都厚切,呢個價錢喺出面真係食唔到呢個質素,每種魚都食得出獨特既魚鮮同質感。除左menu,仲可以去冷柜睇吓是日海鮮、生蠔
