To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蛇王芬細細個就聽得多,趁今日下晝放假嚟試吓佢啲撚手小菜😎叫咗三樣嘢:粟米斑塊中式炒牛柳星洲炒米幾樣食物出到嚟熱辣辣,有鑊氣;雖然唔算大碟,不過勝在真材實料,而且食材新鮮,絕不欺場粟米魚食得出係新鮮斑片、牛柳無筋好軟熟、星洲炒米略嫌濕咗少少,如果再乾身啲會更加惹味🤤現場所見,有不少食客都係外國人同上咗年紀嘅客人,我覺得如果蛇王芬想招攬多一批新嘅年輕族群,可以同佢沙田嘅年輕副線偶然做crossover或者期間限定😂

粟米魚食得出係新鮮斑片、牛柳無筋好軟熟、星洲炒米略嫌濕咗少少,如果再乾身啲會更加惹味🤤
現場所見,有不少食客都係外國人同上咗年紀嘅客人,我覺得如果蛇王芬想招攬多一批新嘅年輕族群,可以同佢沙田嘅年輕副線偶然做crossover或者期間限定😂
