牛角包窩夫 croffle呢樣嘢相信唔少人聽過,係近期好有人氣嘅pastry之一,search過原來係由韓國興起嘅😬 早排終於喺出名食croffle嘅小店Al Forno試咗,原來口感都幾特別,今次就同大家分享下☺️前菜嗌咗份迷你蟹餅,蟹餅整成球狀,有三大個,唔好睇佢細細粒咁,食落都真材實料😌 外皮炸到好脆,內裡一絲絲嘅蟹肉都幾多,配埋個蒜香蛋黃醬,味道好夾!唯一唔係太鍾意佢面頭啲豆苗(本身唔好🤣)至於呢到嘅名物croffle,款式我揀咗吉列蝦配炒蛋,估唔到佢個口感都幾有趣,將牛角包壓成窩夫形狀,好似食緊扁咗嘅甜牛角包咁🤣 但係好食嘅!另外個炒蛋亦都好嫩滑好大份,吉列蝦雖然細細條,但炸得十分香脆,唔錯👍🏻呢個意粉用咗隻細碟嚟裝,雖然有啲「精緻」,但味道竟然一啲都唔輸蝕,意粉食落夠彈牙,而且每條都充滿咗墨魚汁嘅香味😌 另外帶子煎得剛好,食落好嫩口,唔會過老,幾推薦😋最後,緊係要嗌返個佢哋呢到signature嘅甜品啦,嗌咗佢嘅Tiramisu😆 賣相好靚,係正宗嘅Tiramisu!咖啡味幾香濃,而上面層cream好幼滑,又夠哂多,正!唯獨是個手指餅可以再浸腍少少🤏唔係好多Cafe有紫薯拿鐵

總括而言,呢間黃店cafe嘅Croffle都幾唔錯,未試過嘅你可以試一試,有鹹有甜,任君選擇😎 下次會試試佢啲甜croffle,應該有另一番風味😋 而裏面環境佈置得好靚,有好多大大小小嘅bearbrick display出嚟,鍾意嘅人都可以去打個靚卡📸
