之前響馬家開飯節目睇到呢間餐廳,已經覺得好特別,一直想來試點,知道佢開埋分店先有機會黎到,一入到門口已經有驚喜🤩眼前一亮嘅設計好有日式風格,細緻到連牆壁,天花板都有裝飾,令人好似去咗日本食嘢咁樣琥酌出名既係吉列和牛,黎到一定要試😍呢到既和牛係鹿兒島或者宮崎A5和牛,同埋美國嘅頂級安格斯牛肉,一睇餐牌先發現原來除左吉列,仲有刺身同埋涮涮鍋可以選擇,仲有好多唔同既酒選擇添😋😋日本餐廳食和牛就多,今次試吓美國安格斯牛肩胛肉,上菜時,店員親切地提醒大概每面燒25秒至30秒,我發現燒耐一啲,吉列邊比較脆口,口感更好食,另外備有三種醬料可選擇,包括海鹽,芥末醬及燒汁,更提升牛味呢食完牛之後,梗係要叫番啲主食啦,最後決定揀蒲燒鰻魚丼,有分大盛並盛,岩哂唔同胃口既人,鰻魚汁很惹味,配上厚切的鰻魚很夾主餐牌以外有一個小餐牌,所以揀多個小食--明太子手羽燒 😁入面一咬開爆哂明太子呢
