之前喺蘭桂坊斜路側邊條小徑見到這一間小店,主打Slow Cook。知道座位唔多,所以我地已訂好位。晚飯時間都有啲擠擁,始終餐廳得20個座位。我哋叫咗Signature Slow-Roasted Prime Rib - Westwood cut, Soup of the day ,Carbonara。牛扒的確好粉嫩,而且也有不少肉汁,但食落去有少少失望,估唔到肉質比較鞋同埋有渣。當日的湯是Homemade Beef Barley Vegetable Soup,估唔到湯入邊的牛肉仲腍過塊牛扒😅 湯都幾清甜,不錯。至於Carbonara 不過不失,重蛋黃香,醬汁啱啱好,唔會好水汪汪。
