To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初嘗蕃茄米線

次次黎都係食麻辣或者酸辣，但今次第一次食蕃茄味！🍅話說最近要少食辛辣，想止「米線」癮，突然想起蕃茄米線。本來想去附近另一間Ben 哥，但嗰邊排長龍，正有少少失望嘅時候，醒起「譚仔」都有，就行左黎。哩個湯要15:00後先有，所以平時lunch黎係食唔到。點左蕃茄湯米線+黑木耳+腐皮上枱時紅卜卜，視覺上已經好吸引！飲啖湯試下，蕃茄鮮甜少少酸，拍得住茶餐廳啲蕃茄湯，實在係有驚喜。哩個蕃茄湯絶對係唔食辣嘅朋友，但又想喺湯底上多個選擇嘅好發明。黑木耳其實我都成日揀，因為爽口。腐皮又比想像中多，整體上感覺良好！🗣對面點「十小辣」嘅夫婦，見到我個湯都討論緊下次要試。好可惜lunch時未有，如果唔係就可以多啲人食到😂

上枱時紅卜卜，視覺上已經好吸引！飲啖湯試下，蕃茄鮮甜少少酸，拍得住茶餐廳啲蕃茄湯，實在係有驚喜。哩個蕃茄湯絶對係唔食辣嘅朋友，但又想喺湯底上多個選擇嘅好發明。黑木耳其實我都成日揀，因為爽口。腐皮又比想像中多，整體上感覺良好！
