聽聞呢間cafe係由法國藍帶廚師主理,身為美食愛好者當然要去朝拜一下。 位於深水埗區嘅 cafe, 門面都出現咗藍帶廚師主理呢幾個字樣黎吸引顧客。 內在環境都非常舒適,有一張大大嘅梳化,配搭上昏暗嘅環境,格調升級。 叫咗一杯caramel cappuccino 同埋一杯hazelnut latte。兩杯都好濃味好飲,但個人較喜歡 hazelnut latte, 榛子味同埋拿鐵配搭恰到好處。 呢個係呢度最出名嘅 Benedict ,做得出色之處係佢嘅蛋黃醬同埋蛋黃汁混埋一齊好香好濃郁, 食幾多都唔覺膩, 但就略嫌個汁唔夠熱燙 減咗少少分。 再叫咗依個fresh seafood crepe。 貪佢未食過, 雖然味道係唔錯,蛋黃醬味濃配搭上個crepe, 鬆軟嘅口感出曬嚟,但反而啲青口我就覺得普通,同埋有沙。 最後就到啲甜品,甜品就做得幾好,最好食嘅係個雪糕有好多朱古力碎,增加口感。
