哩日放工之後約埋朋友食西班牙菜鬆一鬆!第一次食西班牙菜其實都有d期待,因為喺我心目中西班牙菜式永遠黎唔開tapas同海鮮飯,但今次試過之後真係有另一番感受。先黎頭盤,Bellota Master's hand-slided Ham +40 months(100g)… 店員建議用手食,因為手指既熱力會將Ham既脂肪溶化,聞起上黎更香脂味,哩款ham真係好好味,油脂好香之餘仲有豐富既咸香味,40個月既ham切到薄一薄都有咁上下札實,深紅色既肉配上淡黃色既脂肪真係好迷人😍 空口食都唔會好咸,鐘意食Ham既朋友不妨一試!Avocado Crabmeat & White anchovies with piquillo pepper finger food… 脆皮切片包上面分別擺上蟹肉牛油果mixture 同埋鯷魚紅椒,兩者都各有特色。蟹肉牛油果mixture食到有爽脆既洋蔥粒,令本來軟質既mixture帶來清新口感。而另一款就比較特別,可能係我第一次食鯷魚,味道似係經過醃製,但肉質又唔會乾鞋,感覺有少許似沙甸魚。Deep fried calamari… 哩個炸墨魚圈好好味,墨魚好新鮮,質感彈牙

Fresh garlic prawn with white wine… 大蝦去頭去身既殼,只係保留左尾部既殼方便用刀叉切黎食。蝦肉質感彈牙入味,但可能白酒味已經揮發左所以冇左蹤影。但都可以一試!
