To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都喜歡吃日本野的我,眼見近來提供Omakase的日本餐廳越來越多,第一次食就選擇了元朗一間人氣極高的日本料理餐廳 ~ 鮨文,結果真係有啲驚喜。Omakase 的餐牌只有一個款,由廚師發辦即場利用最優質最新鮮嘅食材製作食物,如果有不食的食物可預先跟師傅說。每道食物遞上時,師傅都會用心去為我們介紹該道食物和最佳配搭食法。第一道食的是茶碗蒸 • 【黑松露金箔干貝菇】底層係蒸蛋,蛋味很重口感嫩滑, 蛋入面有帶子、松茸、名貴嘅金箔,為呢一餐展開了好嘅開始。食完茶碗蒸之後,師傅將會準備6️⃣款刺身及5️⃣款壽司。第一款刺身•【赤羽太】師傅又配制醬汁,建議食用時先點一下並將蔥放在刺身上,咬落好爽,好有嚼口😋【章紅魚】, 配上柚子皮令到章紅魚刺身更新鮮更清甜,這個配搭一流【蜜柑鯖】,油份重的蜜柑鯖用網燒過香味撲鼻,入口即溶嘅感覺令人一試難忘【珍蠔】,用海草同湯汁配搭帶出珍蠔鮮甜,在口腔中有種很滿足的感覺中間配上一道燒過嘅三小條螢光魷魚🦑,一咬落去小魷魚嘅糕就會喺口腔中滾動,很鮮甜很香口。【中拖羅】~ 油份重,入口即溶😝。魚鮫位置的【拖羅刺身】,師傅係刺身上放了蘿蔔蓉,兩樣嘢嘅配搭不但能帶出拖羅的原汁原味,
