To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開業一陣子，午飯時間總是怕超多人所以一直無試。直到早幾日同事生日有人提起去元氣，那就一試。1點前去到，吾算多人，點了個午餐試下。送來了午餐時奇怪點解吾係是鰻魚飯係雞飯？！原來係我地太心急睇相無睇清楚餐牌寫咩 麵豉湯-原因無咩特別, 但豆腐卻是咸, 比較實, 同平時食既滑豆腐吾同, 不是人人可接受。炸蝦- 上枱時仍是暖暖的, 新鮮制做, 吾錯。照燒雞飯- 切到四四方方既雞塊, 賣相起初以為係鰻魚。照燒汁味道濃, 甜味適中, 而雞塊很滑,吾錯。刺身- 正正常常, OK啦蒸蛋－本來我覺得蒸蛋味道很不錯，　配料也可接受。但同行朋友提醒了我，以前蒸蛋有銀杏，而家卻沒有，以前還有一片鳴門卷！想想下，又真係有點不足！味道ＯＫ但配料縮水午餐set價錢中規中矩，我點既套餐$80。睇上去每樣份量少少，但原來非常飽肚。有機會會試埋其他套餐。
