朋友推介嚟到尖沙咀嘅粵海酒店,橫掂又未食過半自助餐,一於試試。粵海酒店地方幾易搵,搭 Lift 上一樓就到 Edenfa。一入去就見到幾個 Section 嘅自助餐區,有蜆、青口兩款海鮮,都幾鮮味。有啲 Ham,沙津呀,湯就係南瓜湯,幾 Creamy!不過少少不足就係野食種類不算太多,refill 亦唔夠快。不過半自助餐嚟講都收貨啦。食完一輪主菜就嚟喇,食西餐點可以唔食牛呢?叫咗個紅酒燉澳洲和牛,其實佢係「面珠登」嚟嘅,所以比較嫩滑。廚師就介紹話要用 40度低溫煮 4-6個鐘,如果計埋事前醃製等時間,都要成兩日!所以食落去真係幾滑、煲得耐又夠唸。食海鮮食牛肉又豈能無酒~加上成班朋友都係嗜酒之人,一開就開夠一紅一白!酒店選用 Corner Stone,Merlot 入口細膩仲有 aftertaste,所以都係鍾意飲紅酒多啲!最尾出去食多round甜品,桂花糕清甜!原來有啤酒飲~
