見到尖沙咀開咗新嘅印度菜,即刻叫埋朋友一齊嚟試下~店員見我哋係度研究餐牌,都行過嚟介紹一下,仲話之後會有中文餐牌架,到時再嚟食下先今晚我哋叫咗 Dahi Golgappe,其實係印度嘅小吃,一粒粒嘅爆脆波波,裡面有薯仔,仲有洋蔥同少少酸辣醬,食落去甜甜酸酸咁,好好味呀,不過食個陣要成粒放落口架,如果唔係就會食到好論盡呢~平時食沙律多數係蔬菜水果沙律,今次食嘅Mixed Bean Salad 都唔錯~材料有鷹嘴豆、紅腰豆、粟米、青瓜、蕃茄同洋蔥等等,好有口感呀,同店員講起先知鷹嘴豆係印度主要嘅的五穀之一,難怪食食下都有少少飽嘅感覺 之後有熱辣辣Murg Malai Tikka(烤雞無骨),一塊塊嘅烤雞再配忌廉同印度香料,啖啖雞肉都好濃味呀,仲可以配搭埋唔同嘅醬汁架!而主食仲有Shabnam Curry(咖喱蘑菇)再配埋Tandoori Roti (印度原味烤餅)+ Garlic Nan (大蒜烤餅),簡直係最佳配搭,開頭都驚咖喱會太辣,不過原來少少辣嘅咖喱蘑菇都好惹味。再加咗兩杯飲品 Fruit Punch + Strawberry Milkshake,今餐真係好豐富呀
