中秋節剛過了一個星期,就快到農曆九月初,大閘蟹陸續登場,忽然就吃,於是網上找資料,急不及待專程來呢間五十年老字號嘅新三陽,巡視下啦,下午四點多,侯王道有三間專賣大閘蟹,我預算每人食兩隻約四兩半以下,點知有細細隻,職員介紹下,$60隻公乸價錢一樣,當然試吓食時令的蟹乸啦,多膏又多黃油,所以買了四隻,脆脆地試吓啦!原來仲送埋自製的蟹醋一支,紫蘇葉用來煲水蒸大閘蟹的,和食吃完蟹,飲杯薑加紅糖,可以驅寒氣!買返去先將蟹用牙刷洗擦乾淨,紫蘇葉放入水煲滾後,然後將蟹反肚放入隔水蒸十多二十分鐘!完成後,上桌,啲蟹爆曬膏,好甘香,肉甜,好鮮味。
