今日試左yoho mall呢個新商場裡面既安南..由於唔係周末、周日,所以唔使等位就順利入座。呢個蟹肉粉絲不過不失,唔會炒得太濕/太乾,係略嫌冇乜蟹味同無乜解肉。呢個椰青煮蜆,店員話湯底係由雞煮既湯(唔係用來調味嗰d雞湯)加椰水煮成。飲落仲有大量黑胡椒,味道有d似冬陰公。1煲有6隻大蜆,隻隻都有碗咁大湯既份量大概分到4-5碗,算係好多。order呢個魚既時候,問過店員會唔會好多骨,誠實既店員話佢未食過,所以唔知..唔緊要,我地都係決定一試。到上菜既時候,第1個想法係..睇來頭先應該問辣唔辣好過問多唔多骨。因為同行友人不喜食辣,所以煲湯已經係我飲晒,如果呢個魚辣我就飽死都似。好彩呢個魚並唔辣,外皮炸得剛剛好,小小脆,唔會燶,d細骨唔算太多,大既骨就炸到脆脆地,可以食埋落肚。呢隻魚以前未食過,肉質頗鮮嫩

因為同行友人不喜食辣,所以煲湯已經係我飲晒,如果呢個魚辣我就飽死都似。
好彩呢個魚並唔辣,外皮炸得剛剛好,小小脆,唔會燶,d細骨唔算太多,大既骨就炸到脆脆地,可以食埋落肚。呢隻魚以前未食過,肉質頗鮮嫩

最後侍應既服務不錯,會主動加水,收碟,對菜式既疑問亦會盡量解答。
衛生亦理想,換上來既新碟係熱騰騰既,應該係經過高溫消毒,但唔會殘離一大陣消毒水味,
亦唔會濕答答,令人坦心食到消毒水
