原來Elements頂層有咁多餐廳架!未食過捷克菜一於同幾個朋友來試下。呢間酒吧氣氛好熱鬧,7點幾已經幾乎坐滿。我呢排訓得唔係幾好,所以冇叫酒類飲品,唔飲酒都有好多選擇。我揀左一杯mocktail,飲落係帶有薑味嘅有氣菠蘿汁,酸酸甜甜頗清新。食住幾個小食先!雞翼炸得外脆內嫩,咬落非常多汁放左一陣仲保持熱辣辣!旁邊嘅粗身薯條都有水準,外層香脆,內裡粉腍。Croquette食得多,但牛尾薯波真係第一次聽金黃外層入面包住燉至極腍滑嘅牛尾,加上芝士同紅椒粉,十分惹味。主菜一定要叫招牌燒豬手豬手份量足,有厚厚膠質漿住你個口!唔係脆皮果種一樣都咁好食肉質腍滑,咬到筋連肉嘅部位更香,同埋蘸辣根醬 (horseradish) 好夾。甜品有三款,心思思想試晒所以叫左拼盤。將拖肥漿倒落朱古力撻,香濃不甜膩,內藏白桃雪芭,一冷一熱層次豐富,咬落仲有脆脆口感。其餘兩款都係傳統嘅捷克甜點,分別係肉桂卷同班戟,整體唔會太甜,同朋友share就最適合不過。估唔到呢間bar食物水準咁高!由小食、主菜到甜品均屬水準之作餐廳上菜效率極快,staff又風趣,好啱同朋友黎飲嘢傾偈🍹
