To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 細細個就已經聽過赤柱美利樓呢個名而嗰度有間好出名好好食嘅豬手早排經過見到好多人坐喺出面飲酒先知原來係銅鑼灣開咗分店打開餐牌二話不說就係嗌豬手呢個德國菜式🇩🇪果然係冇令我失望上枱嘅時候見到非常巨型之後侍應會幫我哋切開再上枱肉質柔軟外皮係燒到卜卜脆味道唔會太鹹連埋酸椰菜剛剛好另外試咗個德式芝士麵團🇩🇪第一次試同平時嘅意粉唔同加咗好多芝士嘅麵團口感好煙韌佢嘅形狀參差同一般pasta唔同配辣肉菜同菠菜食完非常大滿足隔離坐咗幾枱外國人一齊食飯飲酒配埋cocktail有少少置身外地嘅感覺Che Guava 比較甜比較易入口啱女仔飲Gin & Pink 嘅酒味突出啲配西柚就清新啲侍應服務態度良好值得推介🫶🏻
