To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前去上環食下午茶，試咗一間有南洋風味嘅港式冰室，簡直係港式煮法嘅fusion 南洋菜😂我哋試咗個特色南洋湯粉麵餐可以自己揀餸 (15:00-17:30供應) $45 送熱飲+特飲$15🍜香茅豬扒+越式札肉+金邊粉🍜漢堡扒+豬頸肉+金邊粉😋食後感：-湯底一樣有芽菜、生菜，清湯底，味道似港式粉麵-香茅豬扒同漢堡扒煮法都好港式味道正常-豬頸肉有啲燶-個人覺得都係粉麵都係港式還港式，越式還越式或者泰式還泰式好😂🍢泰式串燒拼盤 單點$50（3串豬牛雞各1）😋食後感：-啲醬汁有啲似瑞士汁，甜甜地咸咸地，港式味道嘅串燒第1次試，都幾好食😋👍🏻-豬同雞燒得比較好食，牛就有少少硬
