自從我在澳門品嚐過一次葡國菜之後,便一直對它念念不忘,可惜現在由於疫情的關係,並不能再去澳門品嚐,幸好前排無意中發現了這間澳門葡國菜的餐廳,所以今天我便和閨密來到這裡「 望梅止渴」一下No.1【葡式香烤乳豬件伴薯角】$228葡式烤乳豬是澳門葡國菜中最著名的菜色,而且無論是它的賣相抑或味道都和港式的乳豬有很大的分別,港式乳豬的豬肉份量真的少之又少,老實說每次都只是吃脆皮而已,但是葡式乳豬除了香脆可口的脆皮外,還可以品嚐到啖啖柔軟嫩滑的豬肉,完美滿足我這個「 食肉獸」!由於乳豬是即叫即烤,所以外表十分香脆可口,而內裡的肉質則非常緊緻彈牙,細嚼慢嚥的時候,鮮甜無比的肉汁更立即傾巢而出,在唇齒間留下一絲絲濃郁的豬肉氣息,香甜可口,肉汁四溢,口感豐富而飽滿,美味得讓人久久縈繞!No.2【芝士薯仔馬介休球】$42另一道澳門著名菜色便一定是馬介休了,馬介休即是鹽漬鱈魚,而這份馬介休球則是將馬介休混入了薯蓉,再加入芝士,是最為人熟悉的葡國菜小食之一由於是即叫即炸,所以馬介休球的外層非常香脆可口,內裡則是細軟幼滑的薯蓉,小口品嚐的時候更嚐到一絲絲的魚肉,而芝士更剛好中和了鱈魚的魚腥味,我們滿口都充斥著濃

總結來說,在香港的澳門葡國菜餐廳真的為數不多,而這間餐廳的食物質素相當貼近葡國菜的味道,甚至比起澳門的餐廳有過之而無不及, 如果下次有機會再來的話,我應該會品嚐豬扒包和焗鴨飯
