To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同小朋友去元朗玩,順便去形點一期商場的Glasshouse食lunch,喜歡佢環境優美,各種植物裝飾佈置的田園風格, 而且有落地大玻璃,非常開揚,可以望到外面嘅花園靚景。Menu有好多fusion菜選擇,仲有兒童餐,非常貼心。我哋今次order咗龍蝦湯、照燒牛肉鵝肝煎蛋飯、秘製乳豬臘腸炒飯、酥炸魷魚鬚配韓式泡菜醬,飲品揀咗雲霧士多啤梨及南日落。當然唔少得點個兒童餐俾小朋友,入面有芝士焗脆脆肉醬意粉,飲品揀咗新鮮芒果汁,甜品就係朱古力雪糕球。龍蝦湯有兩塊脆多士配襯,甘香可口,加埋濃濃龍蝦湯,入面仲有龍蝦肉碎。酥炸魷魚鬚份量比想像中多,而且每一條都炸得十分平均,魷魚好新鮮點埋泡菜汁食好有fusion菜元素。照燒牛肉鵝肝煎蛋飯牛肉超柔軟,最緊要鵝肝夠厚夠肥大好juicy,鍾意食鵝肝嘅朋友一定要試。乳豬臘腸炒飯又係另一個fusion菜嘅表表者,絕對好味,因為乳豬夠脆皮,內裏肉質就柔軟,臘腸炒飯好有中式味道,如果大家鍾意試新嘢及fusion, 一家大細聚會去 Glasshouse 就啱曬。
