難得無啦啦多日假期,放假前一定要食好野! 同事係食家,一早book左呢間三姐私房菜今晚食,觀塘區真係無乜聽過有私房菜,所以點都要試一野! 同事知哂我地口味喜好,所以老闆一早set好適合我地既tailor made menu啦!沙律-配胡麻醬,有好幾種我唔識既沙律菜,全部都好新鮮好爽口,最緊要係唔苦! 食食下仲食到有少少wasabi味,唔會覺得辣,反而幾開胃。魚子醬溏心蛋配炸茄子-超級中意食流心蛋既我表示好好味!!加埋少少魚子醬食落更香口,同時擺係下面好唔顯眼既茄子原來都係正野,本身無味既炸茄子配上泰式醬汁,味道配合得天衣無逢!!好想問大廚個汁係點整@@原盅燉湯-我呢個係魚翅花菇湯,由於佢set左4款湯俾我地,於是我地抽籤揀,識簡一定係簡呢款,成個湯真係好濃好膠,有一大排翅,真正真材實料出水芙蓉-一聽就知係蒸蛋黎,但上面仲有燒帶子,帶子好大粒好新鮮。蒸蛋真係超級滑,我估佢加左豆腐? 仲有上面橙色既汁我食極都食唔出係乜,問左店員佢話"無記錯係甘荀汁",咁我諗佢應該記錯@@黑松露炒斑球-好大塊斑球肉,一人一舊,有少少overcook鞋左啲,但味道不錯。斑球下面收埋一堆菇類,好重黑松露味,唔知

鮑魚-嘩一上枱就聞到好香,佢用沙窩啫啫啲鮑魚同洋蔥蔥頭等等。睇落好簡單其實好考功夫,鮑魚爽口彈牙味道岩岩好,一人一隻真係唔夠啊哈哈

咖喱炒蟹-煮法有啲泰式少蟹,但呢個唔辣,同埋見到佢落左唔少蕃茄,成個汁送飯真係一流,當然佢配埋蒜茸包俾我地也不錯!有3隻蟹@@蟹好多肉,蟹肉亦好鮮味,絕對唔係死蟹梅哂咁既肉,不過女仔黎講食蟹真係好狼狽!

牛肝菌炒飯-聽刑呢個名真係唔知係牛肝定係菌@@後來食食下大廚同我地講,牛肝菌要浸完再蒸再炒飯好花功夫,再落埋安格斯牛肉,成個飯好惹味,之前食咁多送食到飽飽地都仲係好想食個飯!

炸紫薯-好意想不到既甜品, 當你以為睇個樣麻麻既時候,原來佢好味到你唔信!佢有啲似炸年糕咁煙煙軔軔,但入面係蕃薯同芋頭,甜甜地又好香,值得推介!

仲有幾個送無打上黎,因為upload唔到咁多張相?!

呢間私房菜唔算高級,亦唔係咩特別既fushion菜,但勝在唔貴,份量又多,適合一大班人上黎坐成晚慢慢食!
