因為打邊爐家族嘅關係,我都有好一段時間無食過火鍋,依晚就同朋友去咗「老鍋」打邊爐🍲,因為見到而家堂食有8折優惠啊。我哋晚上八點半鐘去到,見到有好多人食緊。店員第一步係同我哋探熱消毒,一坐低仲畀滾水我哋洗啲碗碟,感覺放心好多😊。餐廳有個醬料區供客人自行混醬,茶芥/醬料費每位$20。火鍋湯底有四款選擇,但朋友只係得一款啱食,所以我唯有捨命陪君子,揀咗老鍋秘製麻辣鍋(小辣)($158)。湯頭以多種香料同藥材熬煮,但我眼見係勁多辣椒、花椒同八角等...,心諗大件事了,會唔會辣到食唔到㗎🌶。好彩如佢餐牌所講,湯底麻辣度偏低,連食開BB辣嘅我都接受到,而且幾好味😋。由於唔係太麻太辣,所以食物味道無被蓋過。另外,湯底本身仲有埋鴨血同凍豆腐,兩樣都好索味,而且份量超多!豚牛雙拼($238),呢碟仲唔係一石二鳥😂,有特選極本黑毛豬梅肉🐷同安格斯牛小排🐮,兩款肉各有6-7片,都幾大塊,牛肉比較好食。涮鍋小羊肉片($98),味道都唔錯,🐏羊羶味剛好,大約有8-10卷。全部肉片都解哂凍,唔會凍冰冰。蝦丸($48/半份4粒),外表平平無奇,但係食落非常有驚喜。因為蝦丸超級無敵彈牙,而且仲食到原粒蝦肉🍤。黑白雙滑
