“Oouli 9-course tasting Menu”($1480pp)早幾晚去咗食韓式fine dining餐廳位於23樓,居高臨下,景色超靚🥰晚餐除咗單點,都有9道菜嘅tasting menu我地就點咗後者🩷1️⃣Oouli Bu Gak紫蘇油炸及三次風乾釜山海苔及濟州海藻食落十分酥脆,加上三色豆腐醬好開胃☺️2️⃣Jagal -Chi即係韓國左口魚刺身,72小時醬油蝦,吞拿魚刺身3款都味道鮮甜,配上韓式辣醬又另一番風味🌶3️⃣Deul Kkae -Juk係一道傳統嘅粥用上蔬菜,韓牛,蜆肉,食落十分濃郁又綿密🥰4️⃣Han -Ip呢道賣相超靚用橡子果凍整到成朵花咁,上面放上章魚另外配上香脆嘅炸豆腐鱈魚籽三文治5️⃣Bo Yang -Sig即係人參雞湯Risotto上枱時店員仲會拎住人參酒噴落個飯令人參味道更香濃6️⃣Jili -Tang係海鮮清湯配烤釜山鮑魚個湯面頭打成泡,再加咗辣椒粉湯入面嘅白蘿蔔索哂湯嘅精華超正☺️7️⃣Jan Chi去到主菜環節烤韓國頂級1++韓牛牛肉柔軟多汁🐮🤤36小時慢煮濟州黑毛豬五花油香十足🐷用紫蘇葉,白蘿蔔包住食可以中和返油膩感😚8️⃣JinSu -Sung Chen用上餐廳老闆喺釜

早幾晚去咗食韓式fine dining
餐廳位於23樓,居高臨下,景色超靚🥰
晚餐除咗單點,都有9道菜嘅tasting menu
我地就點咗後者🩷
1️⃣Oouli Bu Gak
紫蘇油炸及三次風乾釜山海苔及濟州海藻
食落十分酥脆,加上三色豆腐醬好開胃☺️
2️⃣Jagal -Chi
即係韓國左口魚刺身,72小時醬油蝦,吞拿魚刺身
3款都味道鮮甜,配上韓式辣醬又另一番風味🌶

36小時慢煮濟州黑毛豬五花油香十足🐷
用紫蘇葉,白蘿蔔包住食可以中和返油膩感😚
8️⃣JinSu -Sung Chen
用上餐廳老闆喺釜山自家農場嘅米
再用壓力煲煲成,食落粒粒分明,米香十足🍚
配上5種時令釜山伴菜,簡單又美味
附上48小時鰻魚湯味道鮮甜又暖身
9️⃣Hu -Sig
最後當然有埋甜品
糯米年糕窩夫食落qq而且當糯米香
配上雲呢拿雪糕甜而不膩
再為一餐嘅結尾十分適合🥰
