食盡尖沙咀之廚師發辦 — 媄鐵板燒日本料理和酒————————————————一直係香港都想試下香港既Omakase,但係因為始終價錢唔平,所以諗食邊間都諗左好耐,好彩!今日推薦呢間,無論係食物水準定服務都相當唔錯🥰,而且佢既晚市set都係一千頭🤫 👍南非鮑魚 鮑魚非常新鮮大隻,未煮之前見到佢仲要得好犀利🤭,鮑魚食落彈牙鮮嫩,配合買鮑魚肝醬,味道夠鮮😋 👍金雕立鱗燒 表皮爽脆,係聽到聲音既脆,而魚既肉質嫩滑得黎亦鎖到個汁唔會乾身 👍沙巴大虎蝦配蟲草蝦膏汁 隻蝦拎出黎好大隻同新鮮,長過個手掌多多聲🤯所以有好多好正既蝦膏,蝦肉切幾成粒咁食夠方便😋 👍鵝肝 咁多道菜呢道係我最鍾意既top1🤣,鵝肝質素好好唔會縮水,烹調時間啱啱好,面層既蘋果醋醬畫龍點睛,加埋個多士😋同埋最後有粒冰鎮鮮菠蘿可以去一去油膩再食下一道菜🤣 👍甜品 最尾個甜品可以揀芝士雪糕或者芝麻雪糕,配合埋擺盤好靚嘅焦糖多士,真係100分既ending😆 另外值得一讚既係,當日同師傅講野互動令人舒服,佢會介紹番每道菜嘅諗法同share一d小故事,但又唔會好長氣,另外有2位服務生亦都好留意顧客嘅需要,包括會主動添茶同埋執走檯面上用過

就咁睇個menu可能覺得野食唔多,但其實前前後後有成14樣野食嫁,所以d相都show唔曬,最後係飽到上心口咁走🤣
