第一次在香港試Omakase就在這一間!$780 可以在晚上吃到omakase,價錢不貴~是日晚上吃了以下這些:深海池魚 (腩+背位)初鰹魚+煙燻(蘋果木)平貝+竹炭鹽鯛魚 +柚子汁, 岩鹽, 紫蘇花伊佐木+魚子醬右口魚邊+松露鹽銀鱈魚 +蒜片, 蔥其實我已記不清哪一款對哪一款,我不太會認魚類,但只記得每一款都很新鮮,而且製作的很用心,又有用煙燻方法,又有灸燒,又以花入撰,一次過試了很多不同製法的壽司,值回票價!

其實我已記不清哪一款對哪一款,我不太會認魚類,但只記得每一款都很新鮮,而且製作的很用心,又有用煙燻方法,又有灸燒,又以花入撰,一次過試了很多不同製法的壽司,值回票價!
