To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初四約好友共聚，去葵芳新開的翠園，食撈起宴祝願大家新年個個都撈得起！！兩年前喺另一間美心集團既中菜食過撈起宴，今次上吓呢間比較吓先首先，放張靚餐墊跟著，上撈起，負責試呢個菜式既職員，跟足十個步驟，講曬好意頭.值得打賞！好友大家一齊起身撈起，喜興至極！放入三文魚及鮑魚椰菜，柚子，酸羌，芝麻，好清新，多重甜，酸，少少辣味cross over. 似食緊泰式柚子沙律，不同既係加入左三文魚同鮑魚撈起餐第二道菜式係呢個煲，啲帶子花膠花枝片花菇發菜小棠菜一齊用蠔油燜，好入味，但我覺得以六人份量來說細煲左。花膠得兩件，帶子四粒比較另一間中菜同樣有呢個套餐來說，翠園碟頭份量細，但價錢相約，如果請朋友食此套餐，唔夠大體。另外我地都叫左呢三個餸同埋豆腐鯗。個湯入口清淡消去油膩咕嚕肉味道唔錯。豆漿浸菜心 ,味道清淡，豆漿汁微甜，唔錯。但份量六人食唔夠食
