To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食東北菜， 都係畀片皮鴨吸引， 好耐都冇食過片皮鴨， 所以都想試一試， 但位置唔就腳，所以一直都冇試 ， 點知朋友突然話想食片皮鴨 ， 我即刻諗起呢一間 ， 就同朋友講 我知有一間可以試一試， 點知佢話之前成日見到好多人排隊，今次就預早訂枱 一齊試一試訂枱已先預留最想食嘅片皮鴨🦆我哋一坐低諗都唔使諗梗係第一樣嘢叫片皮鴨🦆🦆先啦😉最期待嘅片皮鴨，普普通通我哋仲叫咗口水雞， 口水雞真係有啲失望🙈完全唔入味，只係上面有辣椒蒜蓉雞絲涼拌粉皮， 都冇乜特別雞絲份量唔多四季豆 都一般都唔辣🐽豬肉同🐏羊肉燒餅， 雖然係兩種唔同嘅肉蛋食落去冇乜分別，🐏羊肉冇乜騷味香料比較多

雞絲涼拌粉皮， 都冇乜特別雞絲份量唔多

四季豆 都一般都唔辣

🐽豬肉同🐏羊肉燒餅， 雖然係兩種唔同嘅肉蛋食落去冇乜分別，🐏羊肉冇乜騷味香料比較多
