To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次黎大埔牛角食,次次經過都見要排隊,令我卻步。夜晚9:30黎到攞飛,都要9:45先有得入座,真係好生意!! 門口個樓面都好有禮貎,仲推介聽日開始奧海城、香港仔、旺角分店會出放題添呢度係用平板落單:芝士雞腿肉$52,雞腿肉好彈牙,單食都好入味,沾埋濃濃芝士醬,冇得彈鹽醬雞翼$39,得三隻,但好好食,要慢慢燒到雞皮變脆皮,要好好心機月見牛肋肉 $59,個醬汁好好食,燒一陣就好,好快燶架鹽味牛油帶子$52,帶子好細,仲要好咸好咸,呢個要叫個飯先好食鹽醬石斑魚柳$49,肉質嫰,但真係好考燒既技巧,無論魚肉同魚皮都好易黐網,最後食到既肉好少黑胡椒蜜糖豚肉$49,呢個好好食,每次必食之選,有一層層肥肉,冇咁易黐網牛肋肉四品盛合$148,四片既骨付牛肋肉顏色暗淡,味道亦都差。兩片牛角上級牛肋肉好食、兩片特上和牛係勁好食,好JUICY好多牛油。而壺入面都有好多牛肉,同埋好多洋蔥,唔太鍾意食洋蔥既我都覺得好食埋單時送上一碟糖果,太窩心~~~走時大約10:45,員工都準備收舖,但全程都冇催過我地走,太好~
