Happy friday 同朋友嚟到東涌喜來登酒店初嘗黎巴嫩菜。餐廳佈置用心,大部份嘅凳都係由竹藤製成,而且擺放左多盤綠色植物,非常度假風,感覺好舒適同放鬆,基本上每一個都係打到卡嘅位置。店員非常好客,知我哋第一次食黎巴嫩菜,都會詳細介紹食物俾我哋認識。叫完嘢食,店員會先送一碟橄欖做餐前小食,橄欖味道濃郁,帶少少酸,幾開胃。Mix Hummus plater 共有四種口味既鷹嘴豆泥,包括:檸檬芝麻醬口味、青瓜味、紅菜頭味同埋黑松露味。另外配兩塊彼得包,店員教嘅食法係將彼得包搣一小塊,再點hummus食,hummus口感順滑,有啲似食緊薯蓉嘅感覺,紅菜頭同埋檸檬芝麻口味味道清新。個人比較鍾意青瓜味同埋黑松露味,味道較為濃郁,帶點鹹香。.Feta Watermelon Salad第一次食西瓜沙律,賣相紅卜卜好得意,西瓜清甜多汁,feta cheese 質地少許濕潤,微鹹重奶味,配西瓜幾夾幾開胃。.Chargrilled Octopus Tenticles 八爪魚鬚有咬口,柔軟得來有彈性,八爪魚本身味道比較清淡,炭燒過之後,焦香味幾突出。Chargrilled RibeyeRibeye大大塊
