To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 蟹粉生煎包做得有啲意外驚喜,不過,個蟹粉炒粉皮就差少少,雖然都落足蟹粉、蟹膏,可能做蟹粉個茨汁太多,撈埋啲粉皮有種濕漉漉嘅感覺,粉皮亦未見爽身,相信可以做得更好。

咁多款上海甜品中,以酒釀丸子相對無咁大興趣,可能一向都酒嘅興趣都唔大,不過,你叫到嚟,我又絕對唔會錯過。丸子煙韌香糯,甜湯帶有淡淡桂花甜香,又有淡雅嘅酒味,但不知何解,湯內有少少熟唔透嘅丸子,要扣分啊!

茶位收$6位,連埋收加一,每人大概$200,都算合理。今次點菜比上次不遑多讓,食得大家稱心滿足,雖然其中一道蟹粉炒粉皮未如理想,佐其他菜式仍保持水準,故此,相信仍會有再見「婆婆」嘅機會。
