To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 拜訪完親戚同佢一齊嚟食晚飯，我之前諗過試依間但係太忙冇咗下文，所以好有興趣，坐低點咗三樣嘢：飛魚子三文魚滑蛋炒珍珠飯帆立貝海鮮龍蝦汁意大利飯意大利雜菜湯（要+10蚊）結果炒飯味淡咗少少我算佢合格，但係意大利雜菜湯上錯咗變成唔駛錢嘅白湯，拎嚟嗰個阿姐仲同我拗話煮出嚟係咁，我指住餐牌話佢就算圖片只係參考都冇可能紅湯變白湯，佢先拎去換。個帆立貝海鮮龍蝦汁意大利飯仲好嘢，第一次上菜上咗個龍蝦海鮮湯飯當係，要佢換轉頭俾咗個龍蝦海鮮白汁意大利飯（餐牌冇嘅），再叫佢換個侍應居然叫我哋試下先，我話一定要換佢就好晦氣咁同我講話廚師換咗兩個唔識整。吓？唔識整你擺咩上餐牌度？拎走之後直到我食完都再冇上過菜，索性cancel咗佢埋單，而且由我哋坐低到食完間嘢都冇坐滿，但係都可以搞成咁死樣，甚至冇客嘅枱冇人清潔，真係去我屋企附近商場間薩莉亞食體驗都好過佢
