心 Kokoro $1180前菜3點、刺身5貫、料理1品、壽司6貫、魚湯、甜品3點第一次食Omakase @kokorosushihk 俾到好好嘅體驗我🤤😍前菜海膽豆腐配蕃茄辣醬,同埋一口爆漿嘅天婦羅魷魚,好有咸香味,已經開左個胃口!刺身黎自北海道鮫碟魚配魚肝豉油,紫蘇花點綴; 一口嘅紫菜包石川沙甸魚,入口溶化,魚味重,要點多啲wasabi豉油,味道再豐富啲😋另外,師傅用櫻花木燻鰹魚,配上自家製洋蔥,洋蔥配鰹魚個味道好夾; 岩手縣海膽配炸左嘅澤蟹,海膽鮮味同脆卜卜嘅澤蟹,不得不做封面相😎仲有,令我口感最滿足就係赤身海膽卷同岩手縣紫海膽,好鮮甜!壽司最愛其中4款,九洲產龍蝦,燒蝦膏放喺上面; 燒右口魚邊配白松露; 入口溶化嘅赤陸魚同埋充滿油香嘅肥美拖羅!😝差唔多接近尾聲嘅時候,師傅呈上蒸炸金雕配南瓜蓉,鱗係炸,肉係蒸嘅做法,口感非常有層次!塊鱗俾我咬到脆脆聲😬而且肉質嫩滑😌最後到7成飽嘅時候,飲埋碗魚湯,味道非常濃郁,鮮味十足,甜品隨後作完美結束,甜品仲要一啲都唔馬虎!成餐晚餐性價比極高,一定會encore👍🏻
