其實吉列牛都興左好耐,但我一直都冇試過,唔係好明點解一舊牛肉好地地要拎去炸,但又唔係炸熟佢,而係又要生生地再煎熟先可以食。但今次見倒呢間琥酌咁多好評,我諗可以解釋倒呢個一直起我心入面嘅疑團。雖然舖仔細細,但枱同枱之間都有足夠空間,唔會俾人聽倒傾計講啲乜。我諗第一次食就唔好食太貴,因為食左最好嘅野,就好難接受倒冇咁貴嘅嘢hahaa,所以食左$368嘅安格斯牛。個色水對於第一次食吉列牛嘅我黎講,好得意好contrast....xdxd煎完啲牛油唔好嘥,要俾啲菜索曬佢食得喇!佢有三款調味料,每樣都整少少,好吊得出陣濃厚牛肉味。淨係食牛好dry, 食埋個雞翼,係新鮮炸起,好香,唔知係咪同吉列牛同一個鍋炸㗎呢?食完肉當然都要有啲carbs充吓飢,所以食個健康喬麥麵,唔怕heavy!overall都係一個好得意嘅體驗,仲以為係gimmick野,點知吉列皮同牛肉係咁夾!
